2023 Winnipeg Scottish Festival

The Winnipeg Scottish Festival is delighted to announce our contest will be returning on April 1, 2023 at the University of Winnipeg for both band and solo events. It's about time for us to have live pipe band events in Manitoba once again! Entries will be available on their website in early February.
